About this Class
S'WET - created by Jenni Lynn Fitness. Whether you are looking to increase athletic performance or help recover from injury, this class will have you training at a high intensity while maintaining minimal impact to the joints. Capitalizing on the principle of omni-directional drag resistance, you will work each muscle group equally and smoothly in every direction. S’WET utilizes Aqualogix, AquaBands and your own bodyweight to increase muscle definition, endurance and power. This class is a Level 2 class, which is geared for Beginner/Intermediate levels.
