About this Class

​Take your training to the next level with a workout that's all about quick results. This class is built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This class features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff is you burn calories for hours after a good HIIT workout. This class is a Level 3 class, which is geared for Intermediate/Advanced Levels.
