​Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training develops strength, balance and core stability simultaneously. Set in a station format, this class will combine various strength and conditioning elements to challenge your body from every direction. From beginner to advanced, come bring out the extreme athlete in you! This class is a Level 3 class, which is geared for Intermediate/Advanced levels.
